These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evania Fine Jewellery website and any purchases you make through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Evania Fine Jewellery, established in 2009, is a fine jewellery business based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We are a manufacturer, supplier, and trader of a comprehensive range of jewellery items, offering handcrafted gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery for sale online and through our atelier.

2. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our jewellery accurately, including images, descriptions, and pricing. However:

• Product images are for representation purposes; actual colour, finish, and stone placement may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
• Since many pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in weight, dimensions, or gemstone characteristics between the pictured piece and the piece you receive are natural and not considered defects.
• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, for purchases within India, are inclusive of applicable taxes including GST at the applicable rate (currently 3%) and CST where applicable, along with payment gateway commission charges, packing and shipping charges, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to modify prices for products not yet ordered, at any time without prior notice.

4. Authenticity, Repairs & Care

This is the official online store of Evania. Every item sold here is unconditionally guaranteed to be 100% authentic, and the materials used are true to what is described. Evania is unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Evania.

If a piece purchased from us ever needs attention, we will be happy to assist with repairs, polishing, and general maintenance wherever possible. Each piece is assessed individually, and charges may apply depending on the nature of the repair or service required. Restoration may not be possible for pieces that are severely damaged, crushed, altered, or tampered with. See Repairs & Care in our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Customisation Orders

Any custom design product takes 40–50 business days to manufacture. There will be a variation of up to 20% (plus or minus) in the design and in the weight of the product, with a similar variation in the respective pricing. Custom design orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.

100% advance payment of the quoted price is required before the manufacturing process starts. If a change in price or weight is requested after manufacturing has been initiated, a payment link will be sent, and the order ships only after that payment is complete.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance — we may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock, in which case we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

Online payments (cards, UPI, net banking) are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree.

7. Shipping, Refunds & Returns

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, logos, text, and the Evania name and branding — is the property of Evania Fine Jewellery and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evania Fine Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
